About The Formula

A blend of herbs designed to get you out of period pain right away! Whether you are dealing with mood swings, breast tenderness, extreme cramping, nausea, vomiting,

or migraines around your bleed this blend is for you. Created to support women in getting out of pain while they simultaneously work on the root cause. This formula does not address the root cause of period pain, it does however, provide relief from said period pain when taken for the two weeks leading up to menstruation. Consider it a band aid approach to solving the problem. Best used while also taking Hormone Helper.

Black cohosh is a Native American remedy that has long been used for women’s complaints, especially painful periods. While black cohosh does not contain estrogen it does have an estrogen action within the body due to specific hormonal effects in the body. It has been suggested that black cohosh may slow or even prevent the development of osteoporosis, and it has been used in treating PCOS.

How to Use

Start taking this formula daily after ovulation for the two weeks leading up to menstruation.

Discontinue use once you start bleeding. Contraindicated for use while pregnant and breastfeeding.
