Today, milk thistle is widely used in the West for the treatment of a range of liver conditions.

Milk thistle is completely safe to use during pre-conception, pregnancy, and lactation. It is a great option to nurse through to the baby in cases of true jaundice. Milk thistle is also known to help increase the bile secretion from both the liver and the gallbladder (where we store the bile after the liver produces it). Helping to assist in digestion as well as blood sugar balance.

How to Use

Take one to two droppers full of One Happy Liver daily to support the liver in all the hard work it does.

Try to avoid taking this blend late in the day as dandelion root is a diuretic and may have you up in the night to use the bathroom.

You can double up on the dosage to support your body through a detox regimen, if you are recovering from a fun weekend of drinking alcohol, or the week leading up to your period.

The Story Behind The Formula

Once I discovered my hormonal imbalance due to toxic mold I knew the first step to healing would be to support my liver. So I dove deep into my text books in order to create the perfect blend. I knew I needed to support all three phases of detox, as it is common for people to get stuck at phase one. I also knew I wanted to include some nourishing herbs as my body was lacking in beneficial nutrients. After much trial and error and some advice from my herbal elders One Happy Liver was born. A beautiful blend that does so much more than support detox, it helps regenerate new cell turnover, and it protects the liver from further damage. What a gift these plant allies truly are!
